Starting his real estate career in the inner city, Alan fine-tuned his exceptional skills by competing with industry veterans. As a dedicated local resident of the City of Greater Dandenong, it was inevitable for him to return to his roots.

Raised by his mother, Alan maintains a strong bond with his family. He married his wife in 2019, and together, they are proud parents of three children, one of whom attends a local primary school, while the other two are still in the early stages of childhood. Alan is fluent in Teochew, a Chinese dialect, and possesses a working knowledge of Cantonese. In his leisure time, he indulges in his passion for Brazilian jiu jitsu, camping and off road driving. Alan also dedicates his time as a volunteer with the Australian Zhong Hua Qun Yi Lion Dance Association.
